What happens when you book a tour
A tour is the honest way to judge a center, so we make it easy. Tours run during business hours, Monday to Friday. Bring the person who would be attending if you can: watching how they respond to the room, the staff and the other participants tells you more than any brochure. There is no cost and no obligation.
Expect to meet the staff, see where meals are served and activities happen, and ask whatever you need to ask — about medication, about dietary needs, about how a day is structured, about cost. If your loved one lives with Alzheimer’s disease or another cognitive condition, we will talk through their situation specifically and assess whether our program and environment suit their stage.
If traveling to a tour is difficult, both centers have virtual walk-throughs you can view from home before deciding whether to visit in person. Ask us for the links, or use the contact form and we will send them.
We answer Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you reach us outside those hours, leave a message and we will call you back the next working day.

Both centers serve families across West Volusia County, including DeLand, Orange City, Deltona, DeBary and Lake Helen. Both are closed on weekends and on major holidays.
